1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fairground ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Meet is an online interview platform that facilitates video interviews between candidates and interviewers. Our service includes features such as video conferencing, screen sharing, chat functionality, recording capabilities, and interview management tools.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

Our Platform supports different user types:

  • Candidates: Individuals participating in interviews

  • Interviewers: Individuals conducting interviews

  • Administrators: Company representatives managing interview processes

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use our Platform to:

  • Conduct legitimate interviews for employment purposes

  • Participate in interviews as a candidate

  • Manage interview processes as an authorized administrator

  • Access and review your own interview data

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or engage in discriminatory behavior

  • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity

  • Upload, transmit, or share malicious software or harmful content

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts

  • Record or distribute interview content without proper authorization

  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without our permission

5. Interview Content and Recordings

5.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide during interviews. However, by using our Platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this content to facilitate the interview process.

5.2 Recording Consent

All participants must consent to recording before any interview session is recorded. Recordings are stored securely and shared only with authorized parties involved in the hiring process.

5.3 Data Access

Interview data, including recordings and notes, may be accessed by authorized personnel within the interviewing organization for legitimate business purposes related to the hiring process.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Platform, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Ownership

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Meet and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.2 User Content License

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Payment Terms

8.1 Subscription Fees

Certain features of our Platform may require payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

8.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included thereon.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fairground, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meet and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
